In other words , Odds ratio of mental disorders morbidity for the elderly nursing-home patients was 5.26 timed more than that for the home dweller elders. Comparison of means showed that in the all nine dimensions ( depression , anxiety , aggression , phobia , paranoid , somatic , complaints , O.C.D , Int - s , psychosis ) the test difference for both case and control groups was statistically significant ( p< 0.05 ) but there was no significant difference between gender and mental disorder in both groups . the most common disorder in the case group was depression (14.81 % )
