| چکیده | Introduction: Some natural and synthetic compounds with antioxidant properties that protect the testes against destructive elements have an important role. The purpose of this study was to investigate the protective effect of aqueous extract of Melissa officinalis and Ziziphus jujube fruit was on the testes of mice with lead. Methods: The experimental study on 40 adult male mice with an average weight of 35-30 g and then randomly divided into four equal groups Compatible courses, Include: (1) Control group: saline recipient. (2) Sham group1: received lead acetate for 7 days and after 25 days of normal diet. (3) Sham group2: received formulations for 25 days with a dose of 200 mg/kg. (4) intervention group: which received a solution of lead acetate in drinking water at a dose (ppm1000) for 7 days and 25 days post -dose formulation 200 mg/kg, The results of the statistical program (SPSS version 16), and The T-test were analyzed. Results: Testicular tissue was normal control group. Testicular tissue in the intervention group than in the Sham group1 with less morphological changes were, and In Sham groups2 morphologically close to the control group. Testicular group treated with lead changes, including: congestion upset the order of the tissue, and irregular change of germ cells and amyloid bodies in the lumen of the seminiferous tubules was observed Samani. Conclusion: In this study, the formulation has a large impact on reducing lead poisoning. |
