| Primary clear carcinoma of urinary bladder (PCCUB) is a rare and uncommon tumor which usually affects females. The clinical manifestations of this tumor are indistinguishable with other urothelial carcinomas of the bladder. Nowadays the best theraputical option and patients outcome is vague. What has been generally accepted is that surgery is the choice treatment. Here we present a 78 years old woman with PCCUB who underwent TURBT due to solitary anterior wall tumor of urinary bladder. At the present era urologists and oncologists should reports their PCCUB cases in order to achieve the best management option |
